Who will meet my child from the airport?
In our Super-Star and All-Star packages, depending on you requirements, we can arrange transfers with drivers from reputable and fully DBS checked service providers. However, some school's do offer their own transfer services and we can advise you on that if you are unsure. If your child will be going to a host family to stay for any period of time before then going onto their school, we can arrange for a driver or for the host family to collect them.
What happens in an emergency?
All-Star Guardianship is available 24/7 for any emergency arising. All relevant contact details will be given to you, your child, the school and host family for everyone's reassurance. Any relevant movement/travel arrangments and details will also be shared with all the necessary parties for everyone's piece of mind.
What happens if my child is ill?
Upon completing your registration with the school, your child will be registered with their local NHS (National Health Service) Doctor. Your child will be able to book in for doctor appointments free of charge. The Doctor will assess them and advise of further treatment if necessary. For any treatment or in the case of emergency medical attention, we will keep you updated at all times with your child's progress. Most school's will have provisions for this also with onsite Sanatoriums and/or trained nursing staff to care for your child if the need occurs.
How do I fill in the school guardianship form?
We take care of this if you require. This service is included in all of our packages!
Can I choose my child's host family?
Of course! We want you and your child to be comfortable and happy with the family they stay with. We always take the time to get know our host families well and ensure that they are fully checked and are matched according to your requirements. When we have matched your child with an appropriate family, we will send you all of the relevant details and the family profile. We are sure that you will agree with our matching criteria process, however, if you are not completely comfortable then will ensure to find a solution that you are happy with.

Can I speak to someone face-to-face about All-Star Guardianship?
We currently have representatives in the UK and also in the city of Moscow, Russia. Is there a Registration Fee?
Yes, we charge a one-off registration fee of £150.
